A MINIMUM of 24hrs is needed for all order unless previously arranged. 

48 hours notice is needed for cinnamon rolls. 

A 1-week notice is needed for Italian cookies. 

2-3 weeks notice is needed for corporate and/or bulk orders

Venmo, cash, and Paypal are accepted. Payment is due at order checkout.

Every baked goods order is made to order as your satisfaction is my ultimate goal. 

Refunds or returns are not accepted if the customer changes their mind, cancels their order less than 48hrs before pickup/delivery, or fails to pickup/meet for delivery. Goods will NOT be stored under any circumstances. Leftover goods will be donated. 

Refunds or returns will be considered if the baked goods are defective. 

A cottage food bakery is a home-based business that operates under state laws allowing individuals to prepare and sell certain low-risk foods (like cookies, cakes, and breads) from their personal kitchen — no commercial kitchen required.

Smoochie’s Home Bakery is proudly licensed as a cottage food operation in Alabama, which means I can legally bake and sell directly to customers within the state. While I follow all safety and sanitation practices, please note that my kitchen is not inspected by the health department like a commercial facility.

Rest assured: every item is baked with care, cleanliness, and quality ingredients. I just happen to do it all from the heart of my home.

The basic menu remains the same while some items will be added seasonally/based on requests or popularity!

• Consume within 2-3 days for optimal freshness

• Avoid storing sourdough in the fridge as it can become stale faster, even with inclusions. It is safe at room temperature due to the fermentation process

• Cinnamon rolls are best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated and reheated

• Cookies and cakes stay fresh in an airtight container for 3-4 days

• ALL items can be frozen for up to a month. Just thaw and enjoy
